Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description: Bawan Company is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, with strong leadership and project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Document customer interactions and feedback - Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience - Assist with training new customer support team members - Contribute ideas for process improvement and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Independent and dedicated work ethic - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
