Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Provide product information and technical support to customers. 6. Assist in training new customer support team members. 7. Implement and improve customer service processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Adaptability and reliability. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
