Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia. This part-time position, based in Medina, SA, is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This includes answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. You will also be responsible for researching customer complaints and finding solutions to their problems, as well as using your emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and de-escalate any potential conflicts.


In addition to your customer support duties, you will also be expected to be resourceful and motivated in finding ways to improve our customer support processes and procedures. You must be able to work independently and make decisions confidently, as we encourage autonomy and trust our employees to excel in their roles.


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and motivated personality traits - Strong research and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
