Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: As a Customer Support Specialist at Saudi Binladin Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from the comfort of your own home. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and driven individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service - Excellent research skills and emotional intelligence - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
