Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


SABIC is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Work from Home Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image for the company.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing orders and managing customer accounts - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills - Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote or work from home environment is a plus - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
