Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant. This is a part-time position located in Jeddah, SA at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction - Utilize resources effectively to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and mission in all interactions - Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Highly motivated and resourceful individual with a passion for customer service - Strong planning and organizational skills - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Previous experience in a customer service or live chat role is preferred
