Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: As a Live Chat Assistant at Fitaihi Holding Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support on our website. You will engage with customers in real-time, answer their inquiries, assist with product recommendations, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through live chat on our website - Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment - Creativity and cooperation in finding innovative solutions - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
