Live Chat Assistant

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a dynamic and independent Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA on a part-time basis. As a global leader in the jewelry industry, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide information on products, promotions, and services - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and returns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive online sales and increase customer retention - Develop innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth - Monitor and track customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately assist customers with their inquiries - Provide support to other customer service channels as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Confidence in interacting with customers and addressing their needs effectively - Demonstrated innovation and creativity in problem-solving and generating new ideas - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM software - Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus - Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
