Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Al Tazaj, a leading restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat within a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any product or service-related concerns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor chat queues and manage multiple conversations simultaneously - Collect and report customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong written communication skills in both English and Arabic - Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently - Resilient and able to handle challenging customers with grace - Energetic and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure - Excellent planning and project management skills - Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software is a plus
