Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and driven individual to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant for Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize creativity to come up with solutions to customer problems - Manage your time effectively to handle multiple chat sessions at once

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Good time management skills - Ability to work independently and autonomously - Confident and driven attitude - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Creativity in problem-solving - Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools
