Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of customer service at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies
