Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues they may encounter - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Hardworking and motivated individual who is willing to go above and beyond to meet customer needs - Strong adaptability skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries - Creativity to come up with innovative solutions for customer issues - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
