Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Mobily is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a timely and professional manner through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Work independently to manage high chat volumes and meet performance metrics. 7. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Independent and dedicated work ethic. 3. Strong problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
