Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles and possess strong problem-solving and research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers. 3. Assist customers with account management tasks such as account updates, password resets, and payment processing. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills. 4. Strong research skills to quickly and accurately find information for customers. 5. Excellent written communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
