Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through our online chat system to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our online chat system - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize critical thinking and negotiation skills to solve complex problems - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and driven personality traits - Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in MS Office and online chat systems - High school diploma or equivalent
