Live Chat Associate

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Live Chat Associate to join our team at Fitaihi Holding Group in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat 2. Providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders 3. Monitoring online chat conversations and ensuring a positive customer experience 4. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and concerns 7. Working towards meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

Requirements: 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 2. Strong project management skills and ability to multitask 3. Adaptability to new technologies and processes 4. Proven experience in a customer service or sales role 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. High school diploma or equivalent required
