Job Description:
Panda Retail Company is seeking a passionate and hardworking Live Chat Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Jeddah, SA. As an Entry-Level Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and navigating the website. 3. Utilize negotiation and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. 5. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online platforms. 6. Self-motivated and able to work independently. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 8. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
