Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team at Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company. As a part-time role based in Jeddah, SA, this position requires someone with a Mid-to-Senior Level of experience in customer service and online chat management. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the live chat experience for customers - Train and mentor live chat agents to improve their performance and customer interactions - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management - Handle escalated chat interactions with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle varying customer inquiries - Strong negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Leadership skills to guide and motivate the live chat team towards achieving goals - Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Knowledge of customer service best practices and procedures
