Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled Live Chat Manager to join our team at Hilton in Jeddah, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we require at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will need to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat function, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries. - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency in responses. - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. - Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to align chat operations with overall business objectives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the live chat function.


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat management role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities. - Motivated and self-driven with a strong work ethic. - Proficiency in using chat software and other customer service tools. - Experience in conducting research and analyzing data. - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
