Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Panda Retail Company is seeking a qualified Live Chat Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time position with a seniority level of mid-to-senior, the Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our live chat customer support platform. This role requires at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the live chat customer support platform - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality service is being provided to customers - Train and mentor a team of live chat agents to improve performance and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat platform - Analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions regarding customer service improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer support


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a live chat customer support role - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong research and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in customer service software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
