Job Description:
Bawan Company, located in Medina, SA, is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior Level position should have at least 6 years of experience in customer service roles, with a strong focus on live chat management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage the live chat platform and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. 2. Train and supervise a team of live chat representatives. 3. Analyze chat transcripts and provide feedback to team members for improvement. 4. Develop and implement live chat strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. 5. Monitor chat performance metrics and report on key trends and findings. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts in a professional and efficient manner. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in live chat management or customer service roles. 2. Energetic personality with a resourceful mindset. 3. Strong analysis skills to interpret chat data and make data-driven decisions. 4. People management skills to lead a team effectively. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 7. Proficiency in chat platforms and CRM software. 8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
