Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Advanced Petrochemical Company is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage the live chat platform to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and issues - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to deliver exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through the live chat channel - Monitor chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records of chat interactions and customer feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for live chat customer service

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and dedicated with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strategic planning and adaptability skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
