Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Zamil Industrial Investment Company is seeking a dynamic Live Chat Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. The Live Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our live chat operations, managing a team of chat agents, and ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize live chat operations and customer interactions - Manage a team of chat agents, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and adherence to company guidelines - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure a cohesive customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management - Lead projects related to chat enhancements and new initiatives - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 7+ years of experience in live chat management or a related role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of CRM software and chat platforms - Experience in data analysis and reporting - Comfortable working with a diverse team and client base
