Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled Live Chat Manager to join our team at SABIC in Riyadh, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the live chat platform for improved customer satisfaction. 3. Train and supervise a team of live chat support agents to ensure excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the live chat process. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 7 years of experience in live chat management or customer service. 3. Hardworking and independent personality traits. 4. Strong people management and communication skills. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
