Job Description:
Al Hokair Group is seeking a skilled Live Chat Manager to join our team in Medina, SA on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service and online communication, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to maintain quality service standards - Develop strategies to optimize the live chat system for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor chat interactions to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Analyze chat data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations for business growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on live chat support - Proven track record of effectively managing a live chat platform and a team of chat agents - Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various communication styles - High level of attention to detail and accuracy in chat responses - Driven and motivated to provide exceptional customer service and support - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Proficiency in chat management software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
