Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a seasoned Live Chat Manager to work remotely from Mecca, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing the online customer service function of the company through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of live chat representatives to ensure timely and effective communication with customers - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through online channels - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company standards - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide appropriate solutions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Live Chat Manager or similar role - Strong communication and leadership skills - Excellent multitasking abilities - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Reliable and motivated to deliver exceptional service - Ability to conduct research and make informed decisions - Vision insurance is a plus
