Job Description:
SABIC is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to work remotely from Medina, SA on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service and team management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our live chat support operations.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to optimize live chat processes and improve efficiency - Monitor chat interactions to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and coaching to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies to enhance the live chat experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Generate reports on key metrics and performance indicators to assess team effectiveness
Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service or live chat management role - Proven track record of successfully leading a team and achieving goals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and analytical abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Hardworking and driven mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong research skills and the ability to make informed decisions
