Job Description:
Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a motivated Live Chat Manager to work from home in Medina, SA. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in customer service and live chat management. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the live chat platform, ensuring efficient communication with customers, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the live chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. 2. Train and supervise live chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service and accurate information dissemination. 3. Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the live chat experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Develop and implement best practices for live chat communication, including scripts, response templates, and escalation procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. 6 years of experience in customer service and live chat management. 2. Strong adaptability and resourcefulness to handle a variety of customer inquiries and situations. 3. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to evaluate performance metrics and customer feedback effectively. 4. Good communication skills to effectively train and supervise live chat agents. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment. 6. Knowledge of customer service software and live chat platforms. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
