Live Chat Manager - Work from home

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Al Gosaibi Bros., based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time, work from home position with an Associate Level seniority and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the live chat system, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer service experience. 2. Train and mentor a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer interactions. 3. Monitor and analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Develop strategies to optimize chat performance, increase customer satisfaction, and drive sales. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align chat activities with overall business goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management and customer service.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in live chat management or customer service, preferably in a remote setting. 2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 3. Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving processes. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 5. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM tools. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
