Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. The Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through live chat communication. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 3. Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and improve overall customer experience. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless support process. 5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data privacy.

Requirements: 1. Confident and independent personality traits. 2. Strong teamwork and analytical skills. 3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts.
