Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a passionate and adaptable Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and professionally - Escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and implementing strategic planning for the live chat service - Manage and mentor team members in providing excellent customer service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Experience with live chat software and customer service platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong strategic planning and people management skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment

Personality traits: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Adaptable to changing customer needs and situations

Soft skills: - Strategic planning to optimize the live chat service - People management to effectively lead and support team members
