Job Description - Live Chat Officer

The National Water Company in Medina, SA is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or communications role, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat on our website - Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism - Collaborate with other team members to escalate issues as needed - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer service process and implement innovative solutions - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong project management skills to prioritize and multitask effectively - Ability to think creatively and put forward innovative ideas to improve processes - Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail - Experience working with live chat software or similar customer communication tools - Knowledge of customer service best practices and a commitment to providing exceptional service - Ability to work remotely and adapt to changing working conditions
