Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is seeking a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through live chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong soft skills including cooperation and decision-making - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
