Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and confident Live Chat Officer to join our team at Almarai Company in Mecca, SA. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and assistance with their inquiries and concerns - Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries - Identify and escalate any issues or feedback to the appropriate departments - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs
