Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Saudi Electricity Company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing live chat support to our customers in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles and possess a high level of energy and resilience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate assistance - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service roles - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong adaptability and innovation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using live chat software and customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
