Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Bawan Company is seeking a passionate and confident Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. We are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to find solutions and improve processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers - Excellent time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in typing and using live chat software - High school diploma or equivalent
