Live Chat Officer - Work from home

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer at Mobily. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level Live Chat Officer, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through live chat support to resolve customer inquiries and issues. 2. Manage and prioritize multiple customer chats simultaneously, ensuring timely responses and resolutions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all customer interactions. 5. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback provided.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 4. Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a remote team environment. 5. Experience in people management is a plus. 6. Must be motivated, dedicated, and able to inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment.
