Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and reliable Live Chat Officer to join our team at Al Tazaj. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Medina, SA. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance via live chat - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Guiding customers through the purchasing process and providing product information - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies - Making decisions on how to best assist customers and escalate complex issues as needed - Presenting a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment - Proficient in using online chat platforms and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
