Job Description:

Saudi Cement Company is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through the company's online chat platform - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Track and record customer interactions and feedback for analysis - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong presentation and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
