Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

The Al Hokair Group is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat channels. You will engage with customers, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and answer inquiries. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product information and make recommendations to customers. 4. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 9. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets. 10. Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high quality service.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Independent and driven with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. People management and project management skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficient in using live chat software and CRM systems. 7. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others. 8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 9. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. 10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
