Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Live Chat Representative to join our team at Hilton in Medina, SA. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our guests.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner through live chat. 2. Answer customer inquiries, provide information about our services, and resolve any issues or complaints. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries accurately. 4. Use creativity and problem-solving skills to find solutions to customer issues. 5. Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and provide a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals for responsiveness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up to date on company policies, promotions, and updates to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Must be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. 6. Creative problem-solving skills. 7. Previous experience with live chat or customer service software is a plus.
