Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a driven and dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA on a part-time basis. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with customers. 3. Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 4. Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions or products that best meet their requirements. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance. 6. Work closely with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all channels. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Able to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using chat and customer service software. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
