Job Description - Live Chat Representative

Job Description:


The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a driven and resourceful Live Chat Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide innovative solutions. 3. Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking ownership of customer interactions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and continuously improve the customer experience. 5. Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations, and uphold the company's high standards for excellence. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and potential improvements to the live chat system.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others. 3. Must be resourceful and motivated to succeed in a dynamic work setting. 4. Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions to customer inquiries. 5.
