Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the customer service field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through live chat to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and support. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide solutions. 4. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Utilize creativity and project management skills to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools. 6. Previous experience in project management is a plus. 7. Must be dedicated, passionate, and able to work independently.
