Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Live Chat Representative to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing efficient and timely support to our customers through live chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with a high level of professionalism and customer service. - Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Assist with training new team members and providing ongoing support and guidance. - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging customers and situations with grace. - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using live chat software is preferred.
