Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a resilient and confident Live Chat Representative to join our team at Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company in Riyadh, SA. In this part-time position at the Associate level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions on our website. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Utilize effective people management skills to navigate challenging customer interactions and provide solutions - Collaborate with the team to plan and execute strategies for improving customer engagement and satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong people management and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience with live chat software is a plus
