Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Representative to join our team at National Industrialization Company. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions in a timely manner. 2. Utilize creativity and decision-making skills to resolve customer issues effectively. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations. 5. Document all interactions with customers accurately in our system. 6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Must possess resourcefulness and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent written communication skills and typing speed. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 7. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
