Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to work from home in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions, resolving customer inquiries, and escalating issues when necessary.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through live chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 4. Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets in customer satisfaction and response times. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions. 8. Continuously improve customer service skills and techniques through training and feedback.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strategic planning and adaptability soft skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must have a quiet home office space with reliable internet connection. 8. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
