Remote Live Chat Specialist

We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team at the Saudi Arabian Mining Company in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing customer support via live chat on our website, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and upselling products or services when appropriate. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and escalating any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members.

To be successful in this role, you must be resourceful and energetic, with excellent negotiation and innovation skills. You should have a strong ability to multitask and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
