Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company in Riyadh, SA. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally - Engaging with customers in a friendly and helpful manner through live chat - Providing accurate information about products and services - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating as needed - Logging and documenting customer interactions for future reference - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting or exceeding performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction - Keeping up to date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail - Excellent people management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
